Premature Celebration Crushed on HCL Stream

Adult film actress Nicolette Shea suffered one of the most painful beats in recent memory on Friday night’s live stream of Hustler Casino Live, prematurely celebrating a flopped set while action was still live, only to watch an opponent spike a miraculous one-outer on the river to scoop a massive $60,100 pot. The brutal sequence took place during a straddled high-stakes cash game at the Crystal Casino in Gardena, California, reminding poker enthusiasts why celebrating before the river card lands is notoriously risky.

Preflop Fireworks and a Clashing Three-Way Pot

The action began when popular poker vlogger Mariano Grandoli opened the straddled pot to $2,000 holding . Looking down at Texas Hold’em starting hands on the button, Shea opted to move all in for her remaining $19,500 stack with . Sitting in the small blind, the player known as “AI Guy” found himself in prime shape with and made the flat call, having Shea easily covered.

Grandoli, who typically enjoys a favorable run of cards on the stream, faced a tricky spot getting appealing pot odds and decided to call, creating a bloated pot heading to the flop.

The Premature Flop Celebration

The dealer spread a dream flop for Shea: , nailing bottom set for her pocket tens. Forgetting that Grandoli and AI Guy were actively involved in a sizable side pot with deep stacks behind, Shea immediately shouted “yes!” and leapt from her chair. She then proceeded to walk around the table to recount her good fortune to a Hustler Casino staff member while the hand was still in progress.

“You can’t do that, you can’t do that. There’s side action,” warned commentator David Tuchman on the live broadcast.

Unfazed by the commotion, AI Guy fired a $30,000 bet into the dry side pot with his overpair of queens. The aggressive wager promptly forced Grandoli to release his gutshot straight draw. With the active betting officially concluded, Shea returned to her seat to table her set of tens and await the runout.

A One-Out River Delivers Ultimate Poker Karma

With $60,100 sitting in the middle, Shea and AI Guy agreed to run the turn and river just once. The dealer peeled the on the turn, offering no help to AI Guy and leaving him with exactly one queen remaining in the deck to take down the hand. In devastating fashion, the dealer burned and turned the on the river, making a higher set of queens for AI Guy.

“Dare I say that was poker karma? Dare I say poker karma? I don’t know,” Tuchman remarked as the table watched in stunned disbelief.

Following the river gut-punch, Shea—who finished the session down nearly $30,000—quietly gathered her belongings and exited the studio. AI Guy booked a clean $40,000 profit for the night, while Grandoli closed out the session up roughly $60,000 despite folding the hand.

The sequence brought back memories of Jean-Robert Bellande’s infamous premature celebration at the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event, where he cheered on the turn only to be eliminated by a river gutshot straight.
